Welcome to the Vision of Destin Cottages.
12 Unique Coastal Homes within a Gated Community in the Heart of Old Destin
Our project consists of single family detached homes fronting a central avenue. The homes provide a blending of Old Destin and new Coastal Cottage Architecture. The look and style of our homes are coordinated through an architectural review board and utilize a common builder. These homes are designed to complement each other with the Coastal Cottage theme. The homes and site are governed by an HOA responsible for common areas and maintenance of frontal areas. Each home enjoys both front, side and rear yards. All of the underground amenities are new as well as the electrical and fiber cables for internet.
This area, also known as Old Destin, is undergoing an accelerating renaissance. New construction replacing the older structures, gentrification of the old fisherman’s shacks and remodeling projects are transforming the area.

Time Frames
All of the necessary submissions have been provided to the City of Destin requesting building permits. We have formed up the foundations for pouring of the first 3 homes as soon as these permits are released. We hope to begin construction in earnest August 2023 with completion dates by the end of the year or sooner.

Home Amenities
All of the homes are enclosed within the automated gates of the community. The underground utilities are new to the site with redundant power feeds from both Kelly and Sibert. Natural gas appliances are standard and each home has three natural gas lanterns on their fronts along with natural gas fireplaces. All windows are impact rated. Each kitchen is equipped a full appliance package including ice maker and water hookup for 2nd ice maker in the garage. On demand water heaters are standard.
Each home has a pavered drive and sidewalk as well as a one or two car garage with two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway.
Pricing
The projected construction pricing for the first homes only is $ 352 a square foot. Special pricing on the first three homes of $ 659,000.
